The first acupuncture treatment with a new patient starts with an extensive intake to understand your unique ecosystem and goals. From our conversation, I create a treatment plan that is uniquely catered to you. This visit is 2 - 2.5 hours long and includes an hour long conversation as well as the first acupuncture treatment. This medicine brings your system into harmony with your truest nature of health and vitality so you can live the life you want to live with authenticity, freedom, and ease. 5-Element Acupuncture's effectiveness is due to it's approach in treating each individual. There is no standard treatment and no person will receive the same treatment plan. Acupuncture sessions are catered to your distinct constitution, history, reason's for seeking support, body systems, temperament etc... I diagnose the root cause of the internal dis-ease that is causing your symptoms to bring your system back into harmony where health, healing, and joy are present. Each visit is powerful at healing from the inside out. 5-Element Acupuncture treatments are cumulative. After you have done an intake, it is most effective to receive treatments weekly or biweekly for the first month depending on the severity of your symptoms. We will start to spread treatments out farther apart as you improve and become more stable. Eventually, only the occasional tune-up is necessary.
